Remote Chat Jobs are hard to find. But there area few companies that hire for chat support from time to time. If they are not hiring right now, that's ok you can always check back later to see if they have an available chat opening later in the year.

Chat Shop - The chat shop hires for more than just remote chat positions. They also have open positions for experienced developers and system analysts etc. The starting pay for chat operators is $10/hr.
Asurion - They usually hire for customer service and technical support. But from time to time they also hire for remote chat support. You must have high speed internet and a dedicated computer to work remote for this company. The pay starts at $12/hr.
Best Buy - They hire customer service, technical support and various other positions, they provide a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401k. You a high speed internet connection and must be comfortable with speaking to customers over the phone and chat. Pay is not mentioned.
Outplex - This company was previously called Talk2Rep, they are an outsouce company that hires in the US and International remote workers. From time to time they hire for chat support but for the most part they are looking for customer service agents. If they are not hiring for chat at moment you can still apply to one of the CSR jobs. You must type 30-50wpm with no errors. Pay is not mentioned.
